1.How much does a sample cost?

We will double charge the sample fee basing on bulk price for now. and will return you half once your official order /confirm/ied.

2.Can I have my own design and adding my brand?

sure. We can work out your design by your sample photo OR real sample will be much better.and we areresponsibility to Secrecy your design.

3.how about the package and the freight?

Usually, our stantard packing is 6-12 pcs per carton. one hat in one polybag. and it also could be customized as customer requests. we could work out a suitable freight solution by Sea, by Air or International Express.

4.Is that possible have the cargo pass fumigation or Plant cert inspection?

Yeah, until now, our products have get through GB test, Fumigation, Plant cert, Inspection and all kinds of factory inspection by like SGS, BV test.

5.What about MOQ?

Like other suppliers, we seldom do stock. All our hats are produced according to customers requirements. Our standard MOQ is 300pcs/color/style for wool felt hats and wool felt body.

6.What is the lead time on sample and bulk?

For samples: 7-15 work days

For bulk: around 35 days in winter and spring, around 45 days in summer and fall depending on the quantity and specifications of the order.

7.What is ur FOB port?

Our usual FOB port is QINGDAO port.

8.What is ur payment term?

30% T/T deposit, 70% T/T before shipment, L/C  at sight, Westen Union and Paypal. 

Paypal is acceptable for sample for sample fee. Other payment term has to be discussed before placing orders.
