JF2245B is suitable for lamination of printing films and plastic packaging materials both for food use and non-food use, especially for food packaging with base materials aluminum-plating membrane and transparent film, and can also be used as bi-component lamination adhesive.

Adhesives should be coated evenly on the surface of the base materials.
·Materials Preprocessing
Base materials should be dust-free, greaseless, clean and dry. The surface of the membrane should have corona treatment first to make the tension reach 0.038N/m-0.042N/m(38dyn/cm-42dyn/cm)
·Mixture
JF2245B needs to be stirred slowly about 10min before use, to make sure adhesives even and with good performance.

stored subjecting to general chemicals.
·Keep the storage room dry and ventilated to avoid adhesives freeze.
