Equipment introduction
This machine is developed from our frying machine.

First, our new developed high-power,gas-fueled heater is applied to the machine. Its high thermal efficiency and heating power can realize big capacity and continuous working. The oval-shaped heating tube provide a big enogh heat-changing area and wide spacing of tubes, making the cleaning more easy.

Second, the machine is designed with continuous feeding part,discharging part, and big heating part. We apply reducer and variable-frequence voltage technique to the mesh belt. Its running speed can be adjustable from 100mm/min to 340mm/min according to different out put and heating time.

Third , a special slanting discharging meshbelt is install in discharge end. Its normal speed is more 18 times than main mesh belt. What’s more the speed can also be adjusted by frequency converter according to next process.

Forth,to guarantee the food get evenly heated during heating , pneumatic stirring System is installed: air blow pipe is installed under the main meshbelt , and the pipe can give interval pneumatic stirring. The stirring time and interval can be adjusted by time relay

Fifth,steam skirt and side plate of the meshbelt are lifted together, and this design can provide enogh place for cleaning. What’s more we adopt the design of part by part off-angel panel to make the dregs more easily moved.
