This is our new upgrated qulting machine, compared with the common shuttle quilting machine, it has following feature:

A) more stronger structure, and running with saddling rock line guide, so the machine running more steady

 and patterns making more precise, stitch more pretty.

B) integration structure, easier for shipment and dismounting.

c) needle bar and compression bar take rocker-style structure, less noise, less maintaince cost and no need to add oil.

D) output is 30-40% higher. 

E) standard assembling is including original imported shuttle, auto stop device, and fabric feed-in device with fabric reversing.

F) During the producing process of high speed quilting machine, in some range of quilting thickness, 

no need to adjust the machine, more simple operation

2.If need be, customer can come to our factory for training, or we can also send our engineer for training .

3.Spare parts can be shiped with machines.

4.Usually for only one quilting machine, we need 1*20ft container for loading. If customer also

  need a cuting machine and a roller together, then 1*40ft container is needed.

5. All our machines are generally packed by plastic film. If needed, we can also pack machines in wooden case.
