Usage:

Reactor is a closed vessel ,which is used to perform a chemical reaction ,distillation, crystallization ,mixing and isolation of materials etc. This is especially designed equipment with agitator and gearbox with electronic motor.

l Agitator is used for proper mixing,eddy tormation, vortex formation as per requirement.

l Solids are charged into reactor through manhole/Nozzles manually

l Liquids are charged in to reactor by liquid transfer pipelines connected to reactor or manually through dosing flask.

l Solution or slurry is charged from the reactor by nitrogen pressure or by pump,through bottom discharge valve.

Application:

Widely used in fields of pharmacy, chemical, food industry and biological engineering etc.

Used as blending tank, mixing tank, preparation tank, fermentation tank, disinfection tank, aging tank, 

reactor tank, premix tank etc.   

Structure:

The reactor is vertical type shell structure, top head and bottom end are the dish/ellipse head, the shell and the bottom end have the jacket and insulation layer, with mechanical mixer/magnetic mixer/pneumaticmixer etc. tank cover, jacket, agitator, transmission device, shaft seal device and supporting.

Chemical reactor is equipped with electric heating pipes and temperature sensor, pressure gauge.

Characteristic:
