Our down & feathers are washed with clean water and effective eco-friendly detergent by 5 up to 7 times at least for one hour. then dried in steam dryer at temperature of 120°c for no less than 30 minutes, it's clean,dry and free from blood skin.

Product Process

1.Taken from well-grown geese and ducks from our breeding base which is one of the largest in China.

2.Washed with detergent and clean water for many times.

3.Dried at temperature of 120 degrees in steam dryer.

4.Separated into five classes in separator. 

5.Packed in pressed bales and waterproof bags.

6.Our quality is guaranteed by IDFL Certificate and Veterinary Health Certificate.

1. Express courier like DHL, UPS, TNT ect,shipping time is about 3-5 working days depends on country and area. 

2. By air port to port: about 7-12 days depends on port.

3. By sea port to port: about 20 - 35 days 

4. Agent appointed by clients.

Q4: What is the MOQ for your production?

The MOQ depends your requirement for color, size, material and so on. For some normal items, we have stock   , will have no MOQ requirement.
