Q1: What is your color temperature?  
A:  Different color temperature are available for you. Generally, Warm white, natural white and cool white are very popular. Its range as follow: 
Warm white = 2800K-3200K
Natural white = 4000K-4500K
Cool white = 6000K-6500K

More Cool white:8000-12000K

Q2: Can your led light be used in our country?  
A: Yes, Our light has wide input voltage AC85-265V, DC12V,DC24V. Customerized led drivers are also available! 

Q3: What is your warranty for led lights? 
A:  According to your requirements for led lights quality, generally, we offer two, three and five years guarantee. 

Q4: What is your MOQ? 
A: Our MOQ is 1PC for customer.  
Q5: What is your lead time? 
A: Sample : 3 working days. Mass order: 7-10 days depend on the order quantity. 
Q6: How do you help me to save freight cost?  
A: We have several cooperated forwarder, confirm the freight each one, and offer you the most suitable one for you.  
Q7: What is your payment terms? 
A: West Union, Paypal, T/T are available for your choosing. 
Q8:How do you ship the goods and how long does it take?  
A: The samples will be shipped by DHL,UPS,FEDEX,TNT. It usually takes 4-5 days to arrive. By air,by sea are also acceptable.
