Brief Instruction

This tube filling and sealing machine is used for aluminum tube, plastic tube or laminate tube. This machine can be used for filling cream and liquid materials, and it's characteristics with firm filling, high precision of dosage. The three functions of filling, sealing and batch numbering can be autoumatically completed. It's widely used in pharmacy, daily chemical, food, chemical industries, such as for filling pharmacy cream, hair colorante, toothpaste, leather oil, glue, AB glue, Nanp-epoxy adhesive, Neoprene adhesive etc. Convenient and quick dosage adjustment, high efficiency, good-looking, compact structures are the features of the machine. The tube cups can be adjusted according to the tube dimensions. The important parts of the machine which contact directly to the filling material are made of stainless steel(SUS304 is for general use, and SUS316L is for pharmacy use). A special valve makes this machine be suitable for filling cream and liquid material. It's an ideal and economical filling machine in the pharmacy, daily chemical, fine chemical and other fields.

1. Q: Are you factory?How many workers do you have?
A: Yes,we are factory. One of our factory is located in Guangzhou and another one is in Jiangsu province. We have about 100 workers in our factory and we have 18 years expirence on cosmetic machinery.

2. Q: I'm new in our industry, but I'm planning to set up a factory, what can I do?
A: We can suggest customer the most suitable machine according to their formula, raw material. Manufacturing - Installation - Training - Maintenance - Technical Support. We can introduce you supplier of raw material, bottles, labels, etc. We could customize machines according to your real need, we could send our engineer to your factory to install machines and train your worker of operation and maintenance.

3. Q: What about installation?
A: Our engineer can be sent to your country. but customer should pay the air tickets. besides, customer should arrange the accommodation for them during the trip.

4. Q: What do we do if we encounter problem about the machine ?
A: Show us the picture or video of the problem. If the problem is from small machine, we will send you solution by video. If the problem is from large machine, our engineer will go to your factory (customer will pay the fee during the trip).

5. Q: How can you control the quality and delivery?

A: All our machines will be tested before packaging. wooden packaing is strong and safe for long delivery.
