1.The cryogenic oxygen plantis moved construction in whole, connected by high-pressure soft pipe, adopt liquid oxygen pump, inner-compress flow, can produce high quality medical oxygen. It have small volume, occupied small area, the user needn’t cooling water and needn’t invest the connecting pipe and plant foundation. Valve of Purifier and rectification column adopts stainless steel or copper material,no rust,very beautiful,fill in the excellent keeping warm material in the rectification column,has minimal cooling lost,shorten starting time. This cryogenic oxygen plant have been exported to many countries so far such as Iraq, Algeria, Philippines,Burma and so on.

The characteristics of the cryogenic oxygen plant:

1.Main air compressor

Air compressor is screw air compressor, use centrifugal compressors manufactured by world famous brand, IHI, Hanhua or Atlas,etc. Flexible and convenient operation,stable operation and low energy consumption

2.Air pre-cooling system

(1) Freon/air heat exchanging pre-cooling system, the unit is stable and very easy to maintain, high & low pressure and overheat self-protection functionto make sure the operation is safer and more reliable.

(2) Skid closed structure with little area occupation

(3) Equipped with imported Freon compressor for high efficiency and reliable running

(4) After the pre-cooling unit increase independent water separatorto separate the free water in the air more effectively, decrease working loading of air purifying system.

(5) The pre-cooling units have real-time display operation characteristics.

3.Air purification system

(1) Remove dangerous impurities contained in the air before entering the cold box and brings complete safety for a long operating time without any necessary defrosting

(2) With Temperature Swing Adsorption system the total air flow is treated on alumina layer for water elimination and then on the molecular sieve which stop carbon dioxide (CO2), moisture (H2O), acetylene, (C2H2).

 (3) Use double layer system, very effectively protects the layer of the molecular sieve.

 (4) High strength, large dynamic adsorption capacity, long service life.

4.Air separation system (cold box)

 (1) Use complete rectifying process to produce oxygen, as per plant design and customer’s requirements

(2)Using gas bearing cold expansion mechanism, aluminum plate-fin heat exchanger heat transfer of low pressure are flow expansion process,Greatly improve the stability, security and reliability of the device operation .

(2) Fractionating column used in aluminum sieve plate tower to improve the efficiency of the plate rectification, increase the oxygen and nitrogen extraction.

(3) Skid structure and small size for easy mount, transportation, and repair.

(4) With high rotation speed and adiabatic efficiency.
