Microscope

Our inspector are using microscope to check microstructure of our products. Microstructure is closely related to the antifatigue property of the steel shot. A good microstructure results in greater impact resistance and longer life durability.

USA Ervin Test Machine

This is USA Ervin Test Machine that is used to test the fatigue life of abrasives. Fatigue life is the ability of the abrasive to resist failure and transmit adequate energy to clean or shot peen.

Hardness Tester

This is hardness tester. The most suitable hardness help to create the ideal kinetic energy which have great influence on the working efficiency and abrasive consumption.

Direct-Read Spectrograph

This is direct-read spectrograph that is used to determine chemical composition. Chemical composition is the basic index of steel shot and grit, which influences the Microstructure and heatment results. German Quantron Direct -Read Spectrograph can make on the spot analysis quickly and help to adjust of the steel liquid composition.
