Electromagnet Latch: 

Use electromagnet latch instead of conventional lock latch to ensure the vacuum channel is closed tightly.

Automatically release when the vac and seal or seal only process is finished.

Vacuum Channel:

Position the open end of the bag inside the chamber.
Draw air from the bag.

Air Intake:

Used for sucking air from bags/ canisters/ bottles.

Do not block the suction hole.

Sealing Gasket:

Make sure the end of the bag is shut airtight, allowing all of the air can be removed. 

The lower gasket can be removed for cleaning.

Sealing Bar:

The teflon coated bar heats up and seals the end of the bag.

Rubber Contact Strip:

The counterpart of the sealing bar which ensures that the end of the bag is pressed flat against the sealing bar, to provide an optimal seal.

Adjustable Lever:

To begin the vacuum sealing process, turn the lever to VAC.
To use the digital scale or store the appliance, turn the lever to IDLE/ SCALE.

VAC/ MARINATE:

Press this button to achieve the best vacuum for the canisters or bottles (flashing light).
Hold this button to activate MARINATE mode (constant light).

Battery Cover:

2pcs AAA batteries are required.
