 B&W first met Goldson in 2007, during Hong Kong Fashion Week. They ordered 805 down jackets as a trial order.

Before then, they never got involved in down garments due to location and climate.Since the cooperation began, B&W’s down garments business grew rapidly year by year.

On the other hand, B&W’s orders were over 60,000 since 2013 with little overstock. By now, down garments have become B&W’s largest source of profit.

 At the beginning of this cooperation, Goldson suggested Mr. Nakamura to use the latest down & feather material to fill the light down jackets based on the features of Japanese market.

Meanwhile, Goldson did the sample production and modification repeatedly according to draft map from Mr. Nakamura. Finally, we made it and this product sold out in a very short time.

 It requires a comprehensive coordination materials, manufacture and tech application.

For example, ordinary sewing needles get thermal after long hours of work,

and the needle hole will be melted, which causes the leakage of feathers in garments.Goldson uses athermic needles made in Germany.
