We have three sewing production lines that are seamless production, 4 needle 6 thread production, and normal sewing production.

1. How to customize my ideal products?
A: You can provide us your AI,CDR,PDS,PDF design, our designer will send you the  artwork to confirm and provide you small swatch panel within 30 minutes. After /confirm/iation, we will send you samples within 2 days.

2. Is your free sample policy realy true ?
A: Yes, we provide free customized sample to our reliable partners, :)

3. How to pay?
A: TT and online payment are acceptable and TT will be more appreciated.
30% deposit before producing, 70% balance before loading by TT.

4. What is the delivery time?
A: It depends on order quantity.
Generally, the delivery time will be within 7 days if within 50pcs

5. If I don't have AI, PSD,CDR fiile, what should we do?
A:You can send us your design by JPG or just your idea,our designer can help you finish the perfect design.

6. If I want to add our company logo, player name, number on the uniforms, does it needs extra charge?
A: There is no extra charge for adding logo, name, number, etc., the cost already contains these expenses.

7. Can I get some existing samples ?
A: Yes. you can. we have a lot of existing samples such as hockey jerseys, socks, baseball shirts, basketball shirts, softball shirts, rugby shirts, polo shirts, seamless leggings, yoga pants, cotton T-shirts, and so on .

8. Do you have any related machines so I can do my embroidery products?
A: Of course, we have the embroidery / screen printing supplier and also with low MOQ.

9. If we need cotton T-shirts, polo shirts, hoodies. Can you make them.
A: Of course. We have 6 years experience to make knit items, and we have the advanced technology which can print the cotton shirt or hoody directly. Welcome your enquiry about them.

10.Is there any different treatment between end consumers and wholesalers ?

A: Generally, wholesalers will get more discount because they need to earn money ,and we will provide free customized samples for them, also we will develop and reseach materials /designs/ sewing methods, etc. for them, to help wholesalers build their own brand. 
    For end consumers, we may price a little higher, but we will also provide high quality products and services, and we welcome you order larger quantity, because we adhere to the principle: larger quantity, lower discount and price.
