1. Can I request samples?
Answer : We would gladly deliver samples, however, the sample cost would be paid by the buyer. Inform us of your express account number with a respective courier company and they can collect the samples from our office. Alternatively, we could dispatch the sample on our account but the sample cost will have to be paid upfront.

2. How long for lead time in common product?
Answer : We have common products in stock that we can ship to port within 7 working days after we have received payment. If the requested product is not in stock, we can arrange for delivery within 15-20 days after receiving payment.

3. Can I make my own label?
Answer : We can do OEM for your product (Private Label). Our added services include designing your package, making packages for you, packing, delivery to port or your home. Please contact a staff representative for the additional cost quote.

4. How trustworthy are you?
Answer : Tech Merch Co., Ltd. is a legitimate company that imports and exports different types of products from Thailand to different countries. We also deal with the government of Thailand so you can check our company’s name with the official department in Thailand for added security. Answer : T/T, L/C, Western Union, Cash in Advance

6. Can I mix different sizes in 1 container?
Answer : Yes, it’s possible depending on the season and sizes available. This will affect the prices. We can’t guarantee any specific ratio and request that you kindly let us know your requested ratio (considering total loading capacity will be 40 FT Container).
