1. What is your MOQ?

--Usually our MOQ is 1000pcs.

(But we accept lower quantity for your trial order.Please feel free to inform us your plan for purchasing, we will offer the price correspond to your qty. And we hope you would increase your order qty after you check our product quality and know our services.)

2. How can I get a sample?

--We would like to provide sample if you are willing to pay the sample charge and freight charges.

3. How long is the sample lead time?
--For samples we have stock, it takes 2-3 days.

(If you need sample in customize color, it takes 7 days normally.)

4. How long is your production lead time?
--It depends on product and order qty. Normally, it takes us 20 days for an order with MOQ qty.

5.Which kind of certificates do you have?
--Our products quality meet with FDA, BPA FREE ,LFGB,EU food safe grade and we already have certificates for some of our products

6.what is your payment term?
--Normally we accept payment term as 30% deposit after order signed and 70% balance against the copy of B/L. We also accept 100% irrevocable l/c at sight !

7.How about customization？

--ODM & OEM is acceptable,please discuss with us,we would like to know your plan.
