A1: We provide various kinds of electrical products: wall switches and sockets, plugs, lamp holders, travel

      adapters, extension sockets and cables. Our new products are WIFI remote control touch screen switches.

Q2: What's your advantage?

A2: Firstly, we make some of the accessories ourselves which could save cost. So we could offer good price

       of the goods. Secondly, quality matters. We control the quality in all the processes and aim to offer reliable

       goods to the customers.

Q3: What’s your main products?

A3: We are specialized in wall switches and sockets. And we also trade cables, lamp holder and other

       electrical products. based on our long term relationship with many strictly selected suppliers, we could

       have factory direct price.

Q4: What's your delivery time?

A4: We might need 15-30 days to prepare the goods. It depends on different customer’s requirements and

       quantities.

Q5: What about the payment term?

A5: 30% advance payment, balance against B/L copy. By T/T or L/C.

Q6: What's the MOQ? And the MOQ for OEM?

A6: It depends. We accept small orders. However, OEM might need 1000PCS one time at least.

Q7: Do you have CE/ROHS etc. certificate?

A7: It depends on products. Please check with our sales.

Q8: Can I get a free sample?

A8: Yes, we offer free samples. But we do not pay the shipping fee mostly. 

Q9: What' the guarantee policy and how long do you guarantee?

A9: Any problem happens because of the products, we could replace them in your next order. Different

       products have different policy. Please check with our sales.
