Notice:

Adapter should be 2A or above, not to use only 1A or less adapter to charge the product to cause insufficient power supply, which might cause phone to beep every few seconds or link up then stop charging a minute later.

Original Apple adapter for iPhone8/8plus/X in the package output is only 5V 1.2A, not recommond to use it as power supply for wireless charger input.

For wireless quick charging cell phones, please use QC2.0,QC3.0 adapter to realize fast charging.(Our package is not including AC adapter.)

In order to have better wireless charging, it is best to remove the smartphone protecting case. If the case is too thick or have metal in the middle, may cause the charger doesn't work.
