Peanuts also know as groundnuts, earthnut, monkey-nut, and goobers, is the 13th most important food crop and 4th most important oilseed crop in the world. Peanut is native to Western Hemisphere however, it is now grown through out the tropical and warm temperature regions of the world. Today the world produces nearly 40 million tonnes of Peanut. China produces highest percentage of Peanuts closely followed by India at the second place.

India produced about 12 million tonnes of Peanut in year 2015. Gujarat is the largest Peanut producing state followed by Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu. India exported more than 700,000 tonnes of Peanuts in year 2015.

♦ The high levels of monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats in Peanuts help to keep heart healthy. Oleic acid, in particular, helps to lower the LDL or “bad” cholesterol and increase “HDL” or good cholesterol level in the blood. Thus, they prevent coronary artery disease and strokes by promoting healthy blood lipid profile.

♦ Peanuts can lower the risk of diabetes by 21%. This can be attributed to the presence of manganese, a mineral that plays an important role in fat and carbohydrate metabolism, calcium absorption and blood sugar regulation.

♦ Peanuts contain vitamins, minerals, nutrients and anti-oxidants, which makes it a rich energy source.

In year 2014, Mr.Amit Patel started his own export firm and named it Ezyii Exim. Exporting made easy is the significance of Ezyii Exim. At the heart of the company there are three key people, Mr.Amit Patel(CEO), Mr.Balubhai Patel (HOD-Procurements), & Mrs.Vaishali Patel (Export Director). Mr.Balubhai Patel is the Grandfather of Mr.Patel who was given such position for his unparalleled farming and trading experience of Agri-Products. Mr.Balubhai Patel has more than 30 years of experience in Agricultural Industry of India. Mrs.Vaishali Patel, wife to Mr.Amit Patel has extensive knowledge of International Business of more than 8 years.Hence, she was give the position of Export Director.
