Q1. Where is your factory? 

And when did you start your factory? Our factory is located in Wuxi, Jiangsu. We started it from Year 2013. 

Q2. What is the minimum order quantity? 

Generally it's 100 pieces. But it changes among products. Please send a message for more details. 

Q3. What is the lead time?

For the first order, especially those with customized designs, it would take 35-45 days to complete the goods. For reorders, however, it usually takes 20-35 days. Please keep it in mind the lead time is always flexable. Please feel free to drop a message when you need the goods urgently. We will do our best to meet your needs. 

Q4. Are you able to help with design of inflatable stand up paddle boards? 

We usually let our customers do the design on their own. Though we accept simple inflatable SUP designs. 

Q5. What is the payment terms? 

Usually it's 30% as deposit before mass production, and 70% dealt before shipment. 

Please drop a message if you feel difficult on it, to see if we can make a little bit change. We accept payment with T/T and credit card, Paypal, and L/C. We can also do the orders via Alibaba Trade Assurance if a third party makes you feel more satisfied and guaranteed. 

Q6. Where is your main market? 

Since we are mostly doing paddle sports products. North America ranks as our top market. And also, we have many customers from Euoope and Australia.

Yes, we will be glad to make sample for you. Sample order can be placed on Alibaba. Please email us any time you need help.
