Phoenix Flame Hats Limited was founded in 1996. We are in governing of a hats factory producing high quality and environmentally hats and fascinators. We mainly design and produce: wool feel hats, blocked hats, knitted hats, baseball caps, church hats and fascinators. We have special fashion trims makers. They are not only sensitive to fashion, but also take care of utility. We have 100 matured staff distributing in 5 production lines. From raw material to final output, we have been following strict quality criteria.

We are especially professional in manufacturing technique, we put great emphasis on packing, since we have to protect the shapes of the hats, preventing them being deformed during the way. Besides, we also offer OEM service to customers. Especially, we can do high class customized hats embossed with customer’s logo and label. Our sales cover almost every region in the world. So far, we have practical manufacturing experience of baseball caps for MBA and uniform hats for Ghana government.

1.Q: How much does a sample cost?

A: We will double charge the sample fee basing on bulk price for now. and will return you half once your official order /confirm/ied.

2.Q: Can I have my own design and adding my brand?

A: sure. We can work out your design by your sample photo OR real sample will be much better.and we areresponsibility to Secrecy your design.

3.Q: How about the package and the freight?

A:Usually, our stantard packing is 6-12 pcs per carton. one hat in one polybag. and it also could be customized as customer requests. we could work out a suitable freight solution by Sea, by Air or International Express.

4.Q: Is that possible have the cargo pass fumigation or Plant cert inspection?

A: Yeah, until now, our products have get through GB test, Fumigation, Plant cert, Inspection and all kinds of factoryinspection by like SGS, BV test.

5.Q: What about MOQ?

 A: Like other suppliers, we seldom do stock. All our hats are produced according to customers requirements.
Our standard MOQ is 30pcs/color/style for wool felt hats and straw hats, 50pcs/color/style for sinamay hats and fascinators.

6.Q: What is the lead time on sample and bulk?

A: For samples: 5-7 work days, For bulk:around 35 days in winter and spring, around 45 days in summer and fall depending on the quantity and specifications of the order.

7.Q: What is ur FOB port?

A: Our usual FOB port is SHENZHEN port.

8.Q: What is ur payment term?

30% T/T deposit, 70% T/T before shipment, L/C  at sight, Westen Union and Paypal. 

Paypal is acceptable for sample for sample fee. Other payment term has to be discussed before placing orders.
