Q: How I can get free sample?
A: Give us your idea or you choose our model, the sample will be ready within 3 working days.
The sample can be free if you place bulk order, but the freight will be charged on you.
Q: What if I’m not satisfied with the sample about material, style or color?
A: We will remake a new sample according to your requirements. The freight will be
charged on you.If the samples were made wrongly by our mistakes, we will remake the samples and ship at our cost.
Q: What if color differences exist between sample and mass production?
A: Slight color difference is normal between different batches of material.
Our QC will strictly check the difference before mass production to make sure the
difference is acceptable.
Q: What kind of material options do you have?
