1 Product Information
Waterproof Flexible Ceramic Tile Glue Floor White Glue is a polymer modified cement-based tile glue composed of additive agents, high grade cement and fine aggregates. It features in strong adhesion, flexibility and falling-resistance performance, which is specially designed for large-scale tiles,porcelain tile and natural flagstone panels.
2. Features:
vStrong bonding performance.
vSuitable for adhesion of light steel frame plate like flagstone plate,Aitken plate on the interior substrate.
vExcellent flexibility performance. The adhesive layer could expand or contract under the influence of temperature.
vEffective resistance to slippage caused by its own weight when adhereing the stone or tiles.
vFavorable leakage resistance and aging resistance performance.
vApplication with thin grout will help to reduce the dead weight of walls.
vSuitable for uneven substrate or smooth cement floor.

3. Application Techniques
Mixing Ratio : Powder Material : Water =20 : 4.5 - 5.5
4. Application Range
1) Suitable for interior and exterior use.
2) Suitable for substrate made from concrete, masonry, pre-cast material and lightweight brick.
3) Suitable for walls,floors and roofs of architects, such as tunnels, bridges, basement, kitchen, bathroom, balcony, swimming pool and reservoir and so on.
4) Suitable for architects with structure which might easily vibrate and split, such as post-cast strip, pipe orifice.
5) Suitable for the adhesion of large-scale ceramic tiles, porcelain tiles, sandstone and natural flagstone panels on the walls.
5. Construction Procedure
1.Preparation. Prepare tools for tiling.
2.Clean. Clean the interarea and the back of the tiles,ensure the surface smooth and clean.
3.Mixing. Gently pour the water and Ceramic Tile Glue powder material into the mixing barrel proportionately. The ratio is Powder Material : Water = 20 : 4.5-5.5.
4.Stirring. Fully stir until it become uniform jelly staff with no sediments and particles.
5.Smearing. Smear the Ceramic Tile Glue to the wall surface and the back of the tiles.
6.Tiling. When tiling, Press the tiles and tap with a rubber hammer to adjust the parallelism of ceramic tile.
7.Check. Use spirit level or special plastic tile cross to ensure the parallelism of ceramic tile.
8.Jointing. Clean the tiles surface after finishing the above procedures, press the tile grout into the joint of the tiles. (It might take at least 24 hours after finishing tiling)
6. Package and storage
Package: Paper woven bag : 20 kg / bag
Storage: Store in cool and dry place, avoid moisture and rain which will influence its performance.

A: The answer is NO. In fact, using ceramic tile glue is much cheaper than mortar. Firstly, it will save more material than using mortar. It reduces the dosage of 18KG to 4-5KG every square meter. Secondly, using ceramic tile glue will save much time than using mortar. Do the construction in traditional method, each worker can only paste 5-8 square meters while it will promote to 30-40 square meters daily using the ceramic tile glue. On the basis of the above estimates, ceramic tile glue can save the cost more than 40% per square meter, the larger amount, the lower cost.
