Packing & Delivery

Packing Details
Bundles packing	1, Numbers of profiles wrap to be a bundle, inside protected by thin paper or EPE form, outside wrap by shrinking film or craft paper
	2, About 15 to 25kg for each bundle.
	3, 40ft container can load about 24 tons, 20ft container can load about 13 tons.
Carton Packing	1, Available for short profiles. Each profiles single pack by plastic bag, Dozens of profiles put in a suitable Carton.
	2, About 20 to 30kg for each Carton.
	3, 40ft Container can load about 20 tons, 20ft container can load about 10 tons.
Wooden Pallet Packing	1, Base on bundles packing, dozens of bundles load by a wooden pallet.
	2, About 500kg for each pallet.
	3, Usually load by 40ft Open Top containers, each container can load about 16~18 tons only.

1.Does all aluminum profiles can customers order directly?
Usually we have available moulds for the common senses of aluminum profiles as we listed above in the production details.If special sizes of shapes are demanded,we can make mould for you.

2.What will be the mould charge?
The mould charge differs according to the sizes and shapes.You can send your drawing to our sales team.They will get professional suggestions from our engineering team and feedback to you as soon as possible.The mould charge could be returned upon certain quantity’s order.

3.What about the sample charge?
If you require 10cm sample for our available stock the sample is free but customer should pay for express cost.If you need more than this quantity,we will charge reasonable price.

4.What about the production time ?
For common style.it takes about 7days for us todo production,for complicated ones,it takes about 15days.
