Q1. Are you manufactory?
A1. Yes, we are manufactory, which was established on 1998. Our factory address is NO.2/3 XinShi Rd, Xinke Country, Junhe Street, Baiyun District, Guangzhou, China. We are very glad to meet you in our manufactory, and if you would like to come and visit us, please do not hesitate to contact us. We could arrange cars to pick you up in the railway station.
Q2. When could you finish our order?
A2. It is very nice for you to give us order. Normally, we will start to produce after recieving deposit, and then around 20 days to 30 days we could finish. It depends on the quantity of goods.
Q3. Could I ask a sample?
A3. Yes, of course! However you need to pay for the sample first and we will refund sample fees to you after you give us an order. Normally, we could send samples to you around 7 days, after receiving the sample fees.
Q4. What kind of payment are you support?
A4. We are normally doing business with our customers by using T/T and L/C.
Q5. What is MOQ (Minimize Order Quantity)?
A5. It depends. Normally the MOQ is the quantity for a 20' container. For some special products that size is bigger, the MOQ is the quantity for a 40' HQ.
