How to check the signal strength?
It can check on your smart phone , firstly , please click the “ setting guis” then press “ about phone “ , to “ network guis” , then you can see the words is about network , signal strength , after that please press into , then you can check the signal strength from your side , finally , confirm the signal strength you can fixed your outdoor antenna .
Normally, the signal strength more than -70dbm, -65dbm is best can receive the signal.
What condition needed to fit outdoor and indoor antenna?
Need wall blocking between outdoor and indoor antenna , it’s better off far from each other till can not see face to face directly, otherwise will cause self-excitation , which is you can see in full signal but couldn’t communication smoothly or dropping calls.
Solution for signal problem after installation and technique supporting
1. If the signal still weak after installation, please check if outdoor antenna point to the signal tower direction correctly.
2. If still no signal after installation, please check the repeater power adapter whether connected perfectly? And make sure all the connectors connect well.
3. If strength is not steady as expected , please check if outdoor and indoor antenna was too close, It’s vital that outdoor antenna must far away from the indoor antenna at least 10 meters, it should with a barrier and not in horizontal line while installation .
Please wrap the outdoor connector by waterproof glue, otherwise will reduce signal strength if in humid situation.
