1) Core of Film Faced Plywood is made of 100% Tropical Hardwood with density of about 630 kg/CBM.
2) WBP Glue is used to ensure Film Faced Plywood is weather and water endured, yielding higher repetition for formwork.
3) Film Faced Plywood is coated with layers of Phenolic Glue, giving superior endurance and smooth surface, enabling concrete product to be extremely smooth.

Production Highlight
VENEER DRYING
Natural veneer usually has moisture content from 35-45%. Veneer drying will improve product characteristics making it more sturdy and resistant to high humidity, pressure, and harsh environment.
VENEER LAY-UP
After veneer is dried to favored moisture content, they are laid up perpendicularly by layer.
HOT & COLD PRESSING
Cold pressing ensures product structure before the permanent hot pressing. Hot Pressing permanently cures WBP Glue to solidify product structure.
Sanding, Cutting, and Filming
After product surface is sanded, plywood is trimmed to specific dimensions. Then Plywood is laminated with Phenolic Film Layer to resist moisture and maintain high- quality flat concrete surface.
