The crop season in West Africa is from January to August.The cashew nut harvest in Ivory Coast  begins in February  and ends in June of the same year .

The count is in pounds per 80kg.

Humidity: 5% to 10% max
For export 12% and less otherwise there are risks for the goods during the shipping

By T/T : We advise our future clients to mandate at least one of their representatives to be present in Ivory Coast during the harvest for  opening of a bank account in the name of your structure.We will put at your disposal one of our agents fields to facilitate your administrative procedures regarding the opening of account or any other need during your stay. 

v   PAYMENTS TERMS:

- 40% T/T and 60% irrevocable and confirmed LC at sight.

A. We select our farmers on the basis of the quality of their products and the conditions for harvesting,drying, respect for nature and working conditions.

Then we carry out regular inspection of our produit. This allows us to ensure that: :
- The product is dried under optimal conditions;
- The product is sorted before being packed in jute bags and above arranged in the truck so as to

ensure an optimal ventilation and complete protection of it.
- The product is before empilation in warehouses before being loaded onto trucks controlled.

B. This gives us an excellent quality of our certified products.

C. All warehouses meet international standards and are fumigated every month before the product is discharged which makes it very effective fight against rodents.

INSPECTION:

1.The cargo will be inspected at our warehouse for quality and quantity by SGS only and whose results will be the basic for raising of final invoice by the seller on the buyer. A copy of this will be submitted to the buyer. The cost for such inspection, at the port of loading will be borne by us.

2. The Buyer’s representatives have the right to supervise the quality, quantity and loading goods into containers and also have the right to refuse to loading goods into containers in case the quality fall, if the results of SGS inspection is different of the quality marked in the contract. The Buyer’s representatives must specify the basis of the claim of buyer in detail.The failure of the buyer to comply with  these conditions shall constitue irrevocable acceptance of the goods by buyer.
