Brief Introduction

Ultrasonic vibrating sieve are suitable to sieve super fine power, which is light density, low humidity, easy adhesion or a static of the powder and super fine powder, and improve the sieving efficiency. It is widely used in carbonize silicon, alloy powder, tungsten powder, aluminum powder, rubbing powder etc. It can completely solve the difficult technology problems that other screening machines cannot solve.

Ultrasonic vibrating sieve conveys an ultrasonic vibration source directly to the screening mesh. The ultrasonic vibrating sieve action injects a secondary high frequency, low amplitude vibration to improve mesh blocking and screen performance.

Features

1.Super fine powder (ranging from 20 to 300 microns) can be easily separated, especially suitable for hard-to-separate materials with excellent effects, such like electrostatic, agglomerate and sticking materials.
2.By preventing clogging in the screen mesh at size 300-500 mesh and preventing materials with near-mesh-size from inserting into the mesh.
