Bonding of reinforced concrete structural parts. Bonded steel reinforcement, caulking, repairing and sealing, etc.
Note:
1. The paste area of each square meter is greater than or equal to 105 square centimeters, and the glue thickness is greater than or equal to 3 mm. When the weight and thickness of the slab exceed the standard, the paste area should be increased.
2. Dry hanging adhesive curing should not be overloaded in the initial dry period.
3. The adhesive surface should be clean and dry, free of dust and oil, firm and not loose.
4. The paste surface is too smooth and must be treated roughly, and the materials (metal surface paint, floating rust layer, etc.) that affect the bonding effect of the paste surface must be removed.
5. Construction temperature: >10 ℃ < 40 ℃
6. The adhesive part cannot be moved after construction and fixed. If it needs to be moved, the adhesive must be adjusted again.
7. If welding and installation are required during construction, the distance between the welding spot and the adhesive shall be more than 3 cm.
Storage: store in a cool and ventilated place.After the product is opened, it should be applied as soon as possible. It must be kept with a complete cover, if not used out.
Shelf life: Stored at room temperature for 12 months
