This Sterilizer is the ideal equipment for liquid food sterilization, such as milk, yogurt, juice etc.
Compared to other sterilizers, the UHT Tubular Sterilizer has the following characteristics:
1. High heat effect: 90% of the heat can be recycled after heating the material.
2. The material is pumped into heat exchanger and homogenized after its temperature is raised to 65 to 70 . After homogenization, the material is heated to 90-110 pasteurize sterilizing. Finally, the material is cooled to 4 -25 and prepared for aseptic filling station ,cold filling system or cooled to 80-90 and prepared for hot filling station .
3. High fully automatic processing: can automatically be controlled and record from CIP cleaning to pipe sterilizing and the material sterilizing.
4. Reliable sterilization temperature control and precision: Automatically control the affecting sterilization temperature system such as the steam pressure flow, and material flow.
5. The inside of the pipes are polished with advanced technology. The pipes are automatically jointed. In order to ensure a
fully aseptic condition, the tubular pasteurizer adopts an automatic cleaning system with a whole process sterilization.
6. Strong and reliable safety and productivity system. The steam, hot water and material flow pressure are all under a fully
automatic protection and alarm system.
7. The main fittings such as material pump, hot water pump, valves, electric and control equipments, and all other processing equipments are all world famous brands.
This pasteurizer can be combined with a special yogurt sterilizer if requested.
