8. Instructions f setting parameters
8.1 Press SET button continuously over 3S to enter programming password checking procedure: (initial password is "1234")
l LED display "",press any button,then LED display "0000"
l Operation buttons,input password
button:from left to right to choose flicker bit
button:0 ~ 9 change flicker bit value.
SET button: confirm the data, check the password you have already input.
8.2 when you input correct password,entry parameters setting procedure

10. Transportation and storage
10.1 Products should not be impacted intensely while transportation and sealing off,and the products should be transported and stored according to GB / 15464-15464 meters package general technical conditions.
10.2 Products should be stored in original packing box, and temperature of storing place should be -10~40 ºC,relative humidity should be less than 93%,and air should not contain corrosive gas, and environmental temperature should not change severely.
10.3 Products should be stored in original packing box and then place on the bench, but stacking height should be more than five boxes. After de-vanning, stacking height should not be more than five pieces of meters. The meters should not be stored after opening within packaging (plastic bags).
11. Quality assurance (QA)
If within a year after the date of manufacturing, users use meters according to this instruction manual, and manufacturer's lead-sealed remains intact, the meter do not confirm to specified requirements or get power supply department's certification, manufacturer will repair or replace free of charge.
