The mechanical transmission part is an important part of the whole laser cutting machine, and the cutting function and cutting precision of laser cutting machine are realized by the transmission part. The transmission system consists of program control system, ac servo motor drive, high-precision gear rack and sliding block guide rail transmission system

4.Automatic discharge system

Automatic discharge device can automatically discharge the finished parts slag, The operation personnelcan classify management, improve work efficiency and reduce labor intensity

5.Segmental dust removal system

The Segmental dust removal system, the non-cutting area wind tunnel is closed, only open the cutting area wind door, can effectively concentrate thefan force to remove cutting area dust to achieve the maximum effect

6. Automatic centralized lubrication system

Automatic centralized lubrication system is composed of programmable power unit, adjustable distributor,oil tube and oil Nozzle. Each oil filling hole has a separate tubing oil, which ensures that the transmission parts are less worn,reliable and long life, and can long-term maintains machine's moving accuracy and repeated positioning accuracy.

A:1,We are honored to offer you samples. New clients are expected to pay for the courier cost, the samples are free for you, this charge will be deducted from the payment for formal order. 
2,Regarding the courier cost: you can arrange a RPI (remote pick-up) service upon Fedex,UPS, DHL, TNT, etc. to have the samples collected; or inform us your DHL collection account.Then you can pay the freight direct to your local carrier company..

Q1 For offer the most suitable machine,how should i do ?

1).The exact material you want to engrave/cut? (such as wood, acrylic, cloth, fabric, leather, metal.... ? )

2). For the Spindle Power, may I know the cutting or engraving depth you want? 

3). The working area you demand? (such as max dimension of material, width*length,30000*1500mm,4000*1500mm,4000*2000mm,6000*2000mm etc...

4). Do you want to engrave on planar &flat surface or round &curved surface?

If yes,the machine shall be added optional items, such as rotary attachment. if you can provide some pictures of your products,that would be great! after your tell us these,we will send you more information about the machine and price.

Q2.If we donot know how to use the machine,can you teach us?Yes,we will ,if you come to China,we will offer you free training until you can use machine freely.And if you are busy ,we will have the special engineer to your country,but you need to bear some fee, like tickets and hotel and meal.
