Our working area's facilities

     Bags and Gloves Co., Ltd. classified customers in term of product requirement into 2 types. First type, they need their product to be produce in the hygiene area. Our company serves their needs by manufacturing and packing their product under the restricted area or in the closed room. Many tests have been done along the year to assure our customer of the cleanliness in our factory such as air testing, bio burden, and etc.. We can provide all kind of testing upon customer requests. Second type of customer does not require high level of hygiene environment. Another factory could serve these customers as well as the facilities are up to the standard and under the restricted control  but the process is not in the closed room.

Our company laboratory

      As mentioned in the policy, the company will send only the quality products to our customers, we then double checked our product before sending to final destination with our laboratory's equipment. These testing are available upon requests by customer.

Packing and Delivery

     Our warehouse are well organized and safe. Every single product from our factory are required to pass through the metal detector before lifting into container. The delivery date also are one of our strength as we usually deliver the product on time as promised.

Questions that are often being asked by our customers.

1. How long will it take the company to quote the price back to customer ?
Usually, we quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry but we must receive the full specification such dimension, thickness, colors, packing, packaging and approximate quantity from you. Otherwise, the quotation may not be accurate or may be delay.
2. How  can I get the sample  to  check you quality ?
We will send you the sample after mutual agreement on the price is done.
For samples that we have in stock, we will provide samples free as long as you can pay for the shipping cost.
For samples with customized size and printing, we need to charge some sample cost, which is refundable after order placed.
3. How Long can I get the samples?
Stock samples within 1 or 2 days. Normally within 5-10 work days for customized samples
4. Can the company do other products made from plastic sheet?
Yes, the company has our own R&D department which can create or modify our machine to make any kind of the product request from our customers. We have been co-operating with our customer to make the custom or special product for 10 years and it became one of our interests field in producing the special products.
