Q:Is that free if I need A4 cuttings or hangers or 2m length?

A:Yes,they're free if these are available from stock with your courier account. We charge only on the lengths over 2m or those to be developed. To cooperate,we will give you a special discount of 1% for your samplings when you place orders.

Q:Is it fast to develop samples?

A:We'll regard your developing request as the top urgent and do our best to make,the fastest developing may just take 1-2 days,but it may take longer time for special items.We need your help in developing as well, your information is more concrete and accurate,our developing is faster.

Q:Is there any MOQ(minimium order quantity)?

A:No MOQ. Since it is free for the length less than 2m available from stock,you need to pay only for the MOQ over 2m. However, the cost depends much on the quantity,if the order quantity is less than 1000m,the cost rises sharply, we sincerely suggest you to raise the quantity as possible as you can.

Q:How can we trust your bulk quality?

A:Usually we produce the bulk as per your quality request and internationally accepted quality standard and we conduct the inspection with 4 Point System. You can advise us your quality standard/request at the beginning so that we can follow your request completely.We also accept your nominated inspection institute to do test and bulk inspection at your expense. And we will pay for the subsequent tests/inspections if the initial one fails.

Q:What is your price term?

A:All our prices are quoted on the base of FOB SHANGHAI unless otherwise stated. Of course, we can quote CFR or CIF or other price terms as per your request.

Q:What's your payment term?

A:We can accept all payment terms recomanded by ALIBABA.com,such as CREDIT CARD,E-CHECKING,T/T,L/C and so on. However, these payments will be subject to different region and condition.

Q:Will your bulk the same as the photos on your website?

A:We've tried our best to illustrate our products as possible as we can, but there is surely tolerance on photos and products,the quality and color will be subject to our cutting/samples.
