Description of storage tank

Usage:

This tank is applicable for large milk collection center or for milk outdoor storage at large milk production plant. It can also be used at other food and pharmacy factory for storage of liquid product. This equipment is equipped with cleaning system, agitator, sight and view device, it also have attachments of thermometer and level indication meter.

Specifications:

Material: all materials are used high quality SUS304 stainless steel, 2B surface or SUS316L stainless steel, inner shell is about 3-4mm, outer shell is about 2mm and cooling jacket is about 1.5mm.

Structure:

Cylindrical shape, conical tip cover of 15 degree, with skirt base, with PU (Polyurethane) as heat insulation, with cooling dimple pad at tank wall and base.

Volume:

This tank can be ranged from 15,000 liters to 120,000 liters.

(1). One air tight side manway

(2). One side mounted agitator

(3). One PT100 thermometer, temperature range 0-100°C

(4). Two CIP cleaning ball

(5). One aseptic sample valve

(6). Anti-butterfly and dirt air vent
