Our products are all processed under the standard of national safety requirements. We have EN287/288 and AWS certified welders and CNC cuttings with the recognition of state. Products will be tested by professionals and delivered to our clients after all the products meet the standard. (Or clients can entrust third-party inspection institute to test.)

quality assurance:
üAll material has traceability and the material certifications are reviewed for compliance with the specifications and filed.
ü A system has been established to make sure the latest drawing revisions are current on the shop floor.
ü All weld fit up is inspected prior to the start of welding.
ü All welds are inspected for size and appearance before the members move from the weld skids.
üCritical welds are tested by ultrasound.
ü All members are inspected for size and fit up before moving off the fit skids.
ü All painted members are inspected for paint coverage and thickness.
ü All loads are inspected before shipping.

2. Welding workmanship:
a. Full penetration butt welding

3. Inspection
Managed in-house Q/A department with team of welding and fabrication inspectors along with theodolite/total station and latest 3D modeling and surveying equipment for setting out and X-ray inspection and ultrasonic inspection give our clients every confidence with fit-up on site. Facility also accommodates NDT of welds, painting inspection, site erection and surveys.
4. Galvanizing treatment:
Our biggest galvanizing member: L15000 * W 2000 * H 3000 can do entire structural steel member galvanizing surface treatment.
1, Standard: JIS, DIN, ASTM B695-2000, AU/NZS 4680
2, Hot-dip galvanizing, the best method to prevent steel work from getting rusted and good for looking
5. Sand blasting SA2.5 grade
After the steel member passes the inspection, stamp the member code on it before sand blasting.
The blasting grade should meets the standard as SISO55900 Sa2.5.
6. Painting
1, Primer paint, zinc rich epoxy primer, DFT dry film thickness is about 80um
2, Middle paint, epoxy mio barrio middle paint, two coat, DFT is about 125um
3, Finish top coat, polyurethane top coat, DFT is about 75um
