Usage:

This steam jacketed tank is used to extract tea from the tea leaves or make medicine from herbal medicine.

Structure:

All the tank walls are made of high quality SUS304 stainless steel, 2B surface, the jacket adopts high density of PU as insulation and was made out of new procedures. This tank can use steam to heat the product inside with steam or hot water inside of the dimple pad, the paddle type agitator is mounted from top at the center.

Standard attachments:

(1). Airtight manhole

(2). High and low level probe

(3). Temperature sensor

(4). Extracted liquid product is discharged from bottom outlet

(5). Dregs are discharged from bottom where a net is fixed to separate the dreg from the liquid product

(6). Top cover is elliptical type and bottom base is of conical type

(7). Pneumatic discharge device can be added according to the customers’ requirements

Jacketed tank(Dimple pad, coil jacket)    

Usage:

The jacket in tank can be made with dimple pad or hollow jacket or coiled pipes, which can heat or cool the product;

Special design of flow path ensures the cooling or heating medium distribute much well in the jacket, so the heat exchange efficiency is high.

Application : Widely used for preparing(heating), sterilizing, fermentation, aging, blending, cream storage etc.

Ferment growing tank and fermentation tank

Usage:Usually used for bacterium seeding cultivating, which is used as yoghurt starter.

The fermentation tank is used for mechanical blending and fermentation of milk. The equipment adopts internal recycling mode and blending paddle to distribute and break bubbles. Therefore, high speed of oxygen solution and good quality of blending are achieved. Tank body is made of imported stainless steelSUS304 or SUS316L , and automatic spraying and cleaning Nozzle in the tank to ensure producing procedure comply with GMP requirements.

Application:  Used as fermentation tank: for mixing of all kinds of materials in dairy industry.
