Constructed of a premium double layer outer skin with a super rigid 6" thick drop-stitched material. And dual rail reinforcement to supply long life board. Our boards are inflatable and virtually indestructible. E-MAX offers only the highest quality inflatable paddle boards constructed of the highest quality materials.
Ultra reinforced high density Cross-Woven polyester Fibre drop stitch Threads, create un-equalled rigidity and strength optimally between 15psi-20psi.
Liquid polyester infused PVC, seals outer core of laminate supporting the cross Woven polyester threads. This eliminates the requirement for separate PVC sheets, resulting in a monocoque laminate, reducing weight, improving rigidity, air and water tightness.
Premium quality, high pressure valve provides air and water tight seal.
Our rail layering system crates a Quad rial layering construction, comprised of the outer and inner seams. Additional seam added to protect outer seam edging and improve aesthetics.
