Return Policy:

1.We fully guarantee all items are inspected before shipping and are brand new in good 

condition  from factory.

2.All sales are final-you may not return the item if it is working normally. If the item is found to be  defective or not working, you may exchange it within 7 working days after receiving it.

3.All returns, defective or damage during the shipping, have to be re-authorized, please contact 

us  for an authorization before sending back the item.

Shipment:

1.Drop shipping: Drop shipping is acceptable. The buyers who need drop shipping please leave us message or mail us.

2.The lower value on shipping invoice do not reflect the total value you paid or the market value of  products.

3.Please inform us how much you want us mark on the declaration document.

4.Buyers will be responsible for the import tax or clearance fees or other feed from your Custom.

5.If you do not receive your parcel on time, please contact us immediately for further assistance.

(Delivery time mostly depends on air freight schedule, local dispatch time, different Custom 

policy,  emergency, public holiday etc)

6.The P.O. BOX, APO and FPO address is not served by FEDEX, DHL, UPS, TNT, or EMS.

7.Buyer is responsible for the extra fees for remote area.

For the shipping, price is based on factory price,

If you have warehouse or shipping agent or office in China,we may send the goods there for free.
If shipped by Express Courier(door to door service) like DHL,FEDEX,UPS or EMS,we will calculate the best shipping cost for you.
If shipped by Ocean,we will calculate the FOB price for you.
