1. where is your company based?

Our sales department based at Yiwu, most famous international trade city all over China and our factory is located at Yongkang, which is China's hardware tools production center.

2. which payment do you accept?

At the moment, we accept T/T, West Union, L/C, Paypal, and T/T payment is recommended.

3. What are your shipment ports do you have?

We usually dispatch your goods from Shanghai port or Ningbo port.

4.When will our goods get dispatched after we placed an order for you?

It depends. We usually shipment our goods within one week once we have stock. However, if you place a large order for us, especially cutomized order, we need to prepare to produce them, and usually we need up to 20 working days to dispatch them. We should cooperate together and keep in touch.

5. Are you available to let us visit your factory?
