This is for small sacle type Automatic Vodka Filling Equipment ,it is economic ,it belongs to isobaric pressure filling .Usually client prefers to using 500ml glass bottle or 750ml /

Glass bottle carbonated wine filling process :
It has 12 filling Nozzles .

When filling ,the glass bottles will be holded by the bottle bottom holder .Because glass bottle is heavier than PET bottle .This valve ,it belongs to isobaric pressure valve .It is specially used to fill isobaric pressure wine .
Glass bottle capping machine :
Single heads
Power : 1.75w .It is suitable for aluminium cap ,by our capping heads ,it has knife together ,will make the scew on the cap surface .Then confirm that the cap is sealed on the glass bottle tightly .
If your aluminium cap is longer ,for cap unscrambling system ,we will make shaking type .
