single-phase electronic prepaid watt-hour meter is a new generation of metering instrument 

that integrates functions of electric energy metering with load control, anti-electricity stolen, prepaid and user 

information management, etc. It adopts special prepaid control chip on the basis of high-performance 

electronic anti-electricity stolen watt-hour meter, it is made completely accordance with national standards 

GB/T17215-2008 and international standards IEC62053-21. It is the ideal product for current reformation 

of power utilization system, realizing commercialization of electric energy, solving the difficulty of collecting fees, as

FUNCTIONS AND FEATURES

♦ When inserting the user card, the watt-hour meter writes electricity utilization information back on the card, it 

is able to know the running condition of watt-hour meter through the computer based electricity-vending 

system.
