Performance Introduction

CMM1-30 Hydraulic Anchor Drilling Vehicle is a new type of multi function drilling vehicle specially designed for working section width range of >4.6 m and height range of <7 meters of tunnel and mine. This drilling vehicle can be sued for anchor support, blasting hole, hole detection etc. in tunnel. The drilling vehicle adopts the integral lifting working platform, which is adjusted according to the height of the roadway through the lifting mechanism of the drilling vehicle to realize the mechanical operation of different height and different angle. The drilling vehicle has the characteristics of comprehensive function, safety performance, high working efficiency and low labor intensity, which can shorten the operation time and improve the working efficiency. The drilling vehicle has been applied for a number of national invention patents and utility model patents.

The design characteristics of the drilling vehicle are as following:

1.    Reasonable design and good applicability

2.    LUDV hydraulic control system & ergonomic operating handles and comfortable operating & low operating power

3.    The drilling propulsion mechanism can be moved to different locations and different rotation angle to carry out the construction work of anchor bolts and cables

4.    With the lifting platform, the working platform overall moving up and down with the lifting mechanism to meet the demand of construction requirements for different roadway heights

5.    The drill vehicle is designed before and after the operation of moving function, which is convenient for workers to operate the vehicle moving freely ,which greatly save time, improve work efficiency.

6.    The effective propulsion stroke of the drilling propeller is 3700mm, which can realize the one-time operation for anchor holes of 3500mm and below and the installation for anchor bolts of 3500mm and below

7.    Drilling speed:1300mm/min

8.    Cable retractable device, electric cabinet, indicator lights, working lights, Pressurized water supply system, cooling system and etc. are equipped.

9.    Hydraulic pilot handle control for better control

10. Double cooling(air cooling and water cooling) avoids to reduce the efficiency caused by oil temperature increasing and performance  and improve the service life of hydraulic components

Application

The drilling vehicle is mainly used in the tunnel engineering and various kinds of well lane support operation, can realize the top help and supporting function, the tunnel supporting  height is less than 7 meters

2.    Ambient temperature:-5°C--+40°C

3.    Ambient air relative humidity not higher than 95%(25°C)

4.    In the absence of damage to the insulation of the gas or steam environment

5.    No long-term water dripping place
