Fiberglass Tadpole Tape are engineered to meet the exacting requirementsof high temperature,low pressure service, Tadpoles are constructed of treated cover materials wrapped over a variety of resilient core materials forming a "bulb"and "tail"construction.
Tadpoles are ideally suited for sealing flanges with limited bolt force,warpped or uneven mating surfaces,or joint where flat tapes or packings are not suitable.
