Siberian ginseng or its scientific name, Eleutherococcus senticus is the small, woody shrub in the family of Araliaceae. This plant being called as Siberian Ginseng because of it's similarities in properties with Panax Ginseng.

Siberian Ginseng being called as adaptoghenic herb. It is because of its ability to work subtly in the systemic way to increase overall health. It helps body to adapt  to the environmental changes. In addition to that, Siberian Ginseng also has the ability to help our body to adapt with stress and make individual respons to stress more effective. 

Apart from that, Siberian Ginseng also contain active ingredients called eleutherosides that will stimulates the immune system. Moreover study showed that Siberian Ginseng also effective in preventing cold and flue as well as helps eleviate general fatigue. In addition to that,  Siberian Ginseng also helps to improve athletic performances and improves memory.
