Q1: Are you a factory or trading company?

   A: We are manufacturer with design team.

Q2: How long can I get my products after payment?

 A: About 5~10 days after payment confirm for stock item; for the items we dont have in stock, we will tell according to our production schedule.

Q3: Can I make with my logo / label?

   A: Depends on the quantity you ordered, order more than 100 pcs in total, we can ask the tailor shop to replace the label for you, but you need to pay for the label and tailor fee; if you place custom order , MOQ 35 pcs / color / design, we can make with your logo.

Q4: How can I get the right size and color I want ?

   A: Pls check and compare our size table and your size table before payment, if there is any question, contact our customer service, and it is manual measurement, may have 1~3cm difference; and because of the light condition when taking photo and be shown in different screen, the products also have slight color difference, it is normal in garment industry, not belong to quality problem.

Q6:Can I have a sample to check quality  and fit ? Is there nay fee?
    A: Sample fee is required before place order; pre-production sample is free if place order.
