Q1: Q1: What is your terms of delivery?
A1: FOB, CIF,EXW....

Q2: What is your terms of packing?
A2: Generally, we pack our goods according to your product and its quantity. The package is also customized.

Q3: What is your terms of payment?
A3: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

Q4: Can you produce according to the samples?
A4: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings.

Q5: What is your sample policy?
A5: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.

Q6: How about your delivery time?
A6: -Sample Order: 3-5 days after receipt of the full payment.
    -OEM&ODM Order: 10-25 days after receipt of the deposit.

Q7: Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A7: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery
