Q1: How long will the quotation be received after inquiry?
A: We always send the quotation within 24 hours when we received an inquiry. If you urgently need a quotation, please make an annotation via Email or Trade Manager.

Q2: Do you provide samples?
A: For the first-time contact customer, once we confirm the order we can provide a small amount of samples for the customer to check the quality. Customer pays the sample shipping fee.

Q3: How long does it take to get the sample?
A: The sample will send out through express or logistics company 1~3 days (weekend and holiday are not included) after we confirm the demand for sample request.

Q4: How long is the production process going to be?
A: Small amount of order usually takes 15 days; large amount of order usually takes 30-60 days, may vary by order quantity.

Q5: How to pay the money?
A: We take 30% advance deposit of the payment when we confirm the order content, and then begin to arrange production, the buyer needs to pay the remaining amount of payment before shipment.
We accept TT, L/C and other conventional payment methods.

Q6: Where is our factory located?
A: Our factory is located in Tainan, Taiwan, and this is the only production line in the world. There are no any other branches outside of Taiwan.

Q7: Does the best tasting period begin after the product arrival?
A: Our best tasting period is calculated on the manufacture date, so the correct date will be the local date deducted the days of freight/ delivery.
