Manual labeling machine is mainly used for PVC / PET  label .

Suitable bottle size : 200ml -2000ml

Labeling speed :0-4000 bottles per hour

If you need 10000 bottles per hour ,it is also ok ,just need more workers  to operate

It is made up of one bottle labeling table ,one steam shrink oven and one steam generator .'

The bottle labeling table ,it is used to collect the filled bottles, Workers will stand along the tables ,and put the PVC sleeve labels on bottle surface , then bottles together with labels will be sent to the shrink oven .

Steam shrink oven photo and description :

The steam will be sent to the shrink oven by stainless steel pipe .

If you want to shrink the top of the bottle, you can adjust the oven inside .

And the the bottom ,you can also control the steam capacity .
