Screw type continuous pre-cooking machine is screw-propelled continuous softening equipment. In order to improve the rate of pulping and its quality, avoid the browning, the fruits and vegetables must be softened before pulping. After washing, the fruit and vegetables will be boiled and softened under high temperature. This machine can be used to soften different fruit and vegetable by controlling the boiling time.

Screw type continuous pre-cooking machine is applicable for continuous pre-cooking those small size or crushed fruit and vegetable, thus to achieve the following purposes:
1. Destroy enzyme activity and avoid browning.
2. Soften the fruit pulp, which can convenient to pulping and sugar liquid permeate.
3. Extract the pectin from the fruit pulp and make it convenient for the next step processing.
